CHALLENGE: ExcelTest already had a website, but they wanted to elevate their platform with a smarter, more intuitive dashboard. One that allows admins to effortlessly create question banks, manage tests, and track scores through a smooth and organized flow.
TEAM: For the ExcelTest project, I collaborated closely with Project Manager Ketaki Karwe, working together to shape the entire product from concept to final design, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
PROCESS: We started by understanding the product goals and the documents shared. Once we got clarity on the problem, we gathered inspiration and created the user flow. After finalizing it, we built the design system and went through several rounds of iterations and prototypes to make the UI simple and user-friendly. Finally, we delivered the complete design to the client.
SOLUTION: After several discussions and prototype tests, we finally shaped a complete UI flow that felt clear, smooth, and easy to navigate, covering question banks, test management, reports, and user management flows.
